Lorenzo Gallo(Biography)
Lorenzo is the CEO of NextWave Safety Solutions, Inc. known as a safety and risk management expert who has drafted safety regulations for the City of Philadelphia, the fracking industry, fire and building codes for the City of New York as well as the first active shooter trainer curriculum. He manages site safety managers and coordinators who help promote job safety and meet required building codes and has revolutionized the construction safety tech industry leading with real-time data analytics, geo-located wearables, and virtual reality training. Additionally, Lorenzo directs several probation and parole projects for at-risk and recent release youths are known as Rising Up and Man Up as well as several veteran training, employment, and career programs. Prior to his role at NextWave, Lorenzo was the managing director at Lehman Brothers and holds an MBA from Wharton and a BA in business finance from Pace University.

Rosa M. Orriols, PhD, received her BSChE from Barcelona University in Barcelona, Ph.D. from Suffolk University in Boston and her Master from the Universitat Politecnica Catalunya in Barcelona. Currently, she is Director of Occupational Hygienist Health Safety in Hospital Universitari Bellvitge Institut Catala de la Salut the main health institution in Spain. Her research and work focus on preventing harmful exposures and creating healthy environments at work. She is on Board on International Commission Occupational Health (ICOH) from WHO. She also Profesor in Master of Occupational Health at Deusto University. Previous, Rosa was Technical Officer Occupational Health and Safety in National Occupational Safety and Health (INSHT) at the Spanish Government.

Professor Anna Tompa, MD is Director of the Department of Public Health at Semmelweis Unversity Medical Faculty since 2004. She received her Ph.D. from the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in Budapest, Hungary in 1981 and completed her residency in Pathology at Semmelweis University Medical School, also in Budapest, in 1996. Dr. Tompa was the main contributor to the Hungarian Chemical Safety Program, establishing the National Chemical Safety Department in 1998. She was named Doctor of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (D.Sc.) in 1999 for her work on the theoretical basis and practical use of human genotoxicological monitors in Hungary. Her primary research interests have focused on cancer prevention, using biomarkers to detect early signs of disease.
